Hey Jennifer, your a great person and an inspiration! I feel as if me and my girlfriend are pretty healthy, we both work out on a regular basis, but, well, i dont know if you have ever felt like this towards whoever your in a relationship with, but, i feel like i need to be sexier for my girl, i just feel like she deserves someone super sexy! lol. I was hoping for some tips from you, on how to get in shape. Right now i do 30 min cardia, i run for 2min, power walk 2min, then hill climb for 2min on a treadmill for 30min, then i work my chest, arms, and abs, i know im improving, but i recently saw you on the xfactor commercial, so i was wondering, would something like that be good for me? and i have found these “free drugs” online, that supposedly get you ripped in 2 weeks, do you take anything like that? please send me an email, it would be great to hear back from you.
